How can I book a bike?

Please use our reservation system page to request a booking. If you cannot find the information you need for your booking, please contact us via our e-mail [email protected].

We do not take reservations by phone.


The system does not allow me to make a reservation. What could be wrong?

Please, check the following possible reasons:

  • You are trying to book the bicycle on a date when it is already booked. Please try a different date or bicycle.
  • The system will not accept a reservation that is due in less than 24 hours before the desired date. In such case, please send us a email to [email protected].
  • You are trying to pick up or return the bike outside of the opening hours. Please choose a date and time during our opening hours. 

  • We operate only during our opening hours and unfortunately all bicycles must be picked up or returned during that time. 
  • All bicycles must be collected from and returned to our only shop located in Luotsikatu 14 – 00160 Helsinki

What do I need with me when I pick up my bicycle?

For the whole period of a bicycle rental, we will keep at our shop a guarantee that could be any of the following:

  • A valid national identification document of your country. We will ask just one per group.
  • A deposit payment in cash or credit card. This payment amount will depend on the type of bicycle rented. This deposit must be paid for each bicycle rented.

 Your identification document or deposit will be returned completely when all bicycles are returned to our shop at Luotsikatu 14 – 00160 Helsinki. In case of damage or loss, a compensation will be requested from you. Please find more information at our Terms and Conditions section.
